I am so happy that you are here! I am Tanja, a wife, a mom, a German by origin, a Chicagoan at heart, a portrait photographer, the owner of Tanja Pleis Photography in Chicago - and first and foremost a woman.
Isn't it interesting that everything else usually comes first? As women we always take care of someone or something else. We rarely set aside time to focus on just us and celebrate just how amazing we are. On the contrary actually, most of the time we are our worst own critic.
Women portraiture is my absolute passion. My mission is to help every woman to see herself through the eyes of someone else and help her realize how strong, confident, fearless and beautiful she is. Seeing the transformation in every single woman is nothing short of amazing.
